As you start exercising regularly, look for other ways to add movement into your day. This might mean that you do some stretches when you’re on hold or that you walk somewhere that you might normally drive. Each little extra bit of movement adds up and contributes to your overall health.
Getting some exercise every day doesn’t have to be a big deal. If you’re overthinking it, then you’re going to feel overwhelmed by the idea.
